1. Lucky Draw & Contest Rules

• Eligibility Verification: To qualify for prize, participants must complete all required steps for their chosen platform. All social media posts and shares must be set to "Public."
• Total Winners: A total of 20 winners will be awarded across all tiers and platforms.
  
• Popularity Award ($200): Based on the highest number of "Likes" as of May 29, 2025, 11:59 PM (EST). SAKURA reserves the right to disqualify entries involving suspicious or bot-generated engagement.
• SAKURA’s Choice ($100): Selected by the SAKURA official committee based on creativity, visual quality, and brand relevance.
• Winner Announcement: The list of winners will be officially announced on our official channels on June 7th.
• Region Restriction: Open to North American residents only.
• Product Authentication: For Tier 2 and Xiaohongshu entries, SAKURA products must be clearly visible. Entries featuring non-SAKURA products or SAKURA products from other regions (e.g., Taiwan, China) will be disqualified.

2. Content Guidelines & Moderation

• Entries must maintain a positive and family-friendly image. Content containing obscenity, violence, pornography, hate speech, or controversial political imagery is strictly prohibited.
• SAKURA reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate without prior notice.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

• By participating in this event, you grant SAKURA a perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use your entry.
